Email Account Usage and Retention Policy
DRN ReadiTech provides e-mail services as a convenience to customers where applicable. To ensure system performance, security, and efficient use of resources, DRN ReadiTech reserves the right to manage and maintain email accounts in accordance with the following:
- Inactive Accounts:
E-mail accounts that have not been accessed for an extended period of time may be classified as inactive. DRN ReadiTech may disable or remove inactive accounts and associated data. - Service Modifications:
DRN ReadiTech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue email services or any related features at its discretion, including limiting availability to certain customer groups or service plans. - Data Retention and Deletion:
Content associated with inactive, terminated, or discontinued e-mail accounts may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable once removed. - Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for regularly accessing their e-mail accounts and maintaining copies of any important data. - Notice of Changes:
DRN ReadiTech will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes to email services or account status, including updates to terms and conditions, prior to account deactivation or removal when practicable.
Continued use of DRN ReadiTech e-mail services constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
