June Caught Being Exceptional Award Winner

Kaden received an outstanding two nominations this past month, shared below.

“In the first nomination, a customer shared how easy and seamless the Stream TV conversion process was thanks to the outstanding support received during installation. The customer specifically noted that you went above and beyond by assisting with moving and setting up televisions to ensure everything was properly configured. When a broken remote created an unexpected challenge, you proactively helped install the Stream TV app on the customer’s phone so service could continue uninterrupted while a replacement remote was being arranged. The customer described you as efficient, kind, and patient, and expressed appreciation for how comfortable and confident you made them feel throughout the transition.

In the second nomination, you were recognized for his prompt service, clear communication, and professionalism during another Stream TV installation. By thoroughly explaining the setup process and ensuring everything was functioning properly, you helped create a smooth, stress-free experience for the customer. Your attention to detail and willingness to answer questions reinforced the customer’s confidence in both the service and the company.
