Recognizing the challenging situation, you identified that their existing computer was outdated and significantly hindering her ability to manage bookkeeping and prepare for tax season. You proactively reached out to Kent to explore whether a repurposed, upgraded computer could be provided. Your compassion, problem-solving skills, and willingness to go above and beyond made a meaningful impact during a difficult time. This level of service and dedication truly exemplifies what it means to be exceptional.”
