At DRN ReadiTech, we believe great work should be noticed. That is why we have a peer recognition award called Caught Being Exceptional.
This award lets employees recognize each other for going above and beyond. Anyone can nominate a co-worker who lives out our core values, shows kindness, teamwork, or outstanding service.
